[July 24, 2008]: Represented Brooks® Sports, Inc. in Exclusive Distribution Agreement with large Panama based distributor for most of Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guyana, Ecuador, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Paraguay.

[June 1, 2006]: Represented Balboa Manufacturing Co., LLC in Exclusive License Agreement for use of and Coors® and Coors Light® trademarks on bandanas and adult eyewear for the U.S. market.

[February 9, 2003]: Represented K-Swiss® International, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of K-Swiss®, Inc., a publicly traded company, in Exclusive Distribution Agreement with large Panama based distributor for all of Latin America and the Caribbean, except for Argentina, Bermuda, Brazil, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

[February 13, 1999]: Represented CHIC by H.I.S. Licensing Corp. as its licensing agent for a ten year exclusive license agreement for H.I.S. jeanswear (http://www.his-jeans.de/) for Central America, Colombia, Venezuela, French Guyana, Suriname, Guiana, Ecuador and the entire Caribbean, excluding U.S. possessions. The license agreement granted rights to use the trademarks Henry I. Siegel, H.I.S, H.I.S for Her, and Slax. The H.I.S. label was subsequently sold to VF Corporation (www.vfc.com).

[February 12, 1998]: Represented Panama Free Trade Zone company, as its legal counsel, in negotiations and closing with Warnaco, Inc. and acquirer of Designer Holdings, Ltd., to buy-out an existing long-term exclusive license agreement and replace it with an exclusive distribution agreement for Calvin Klein Jeanswear and Calvin Klein Underwear.

[February 13, 1997]: Represented Panama Free Trade Zone company in negotiations and closing with Designer Holdings, Ltd. for a 10-year exclusive sub-license agreement for Calvin Klein Jeanswear for Central America, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and the Caribbean, exclusive of U.S. possessions.
